This snippet will check if the error log becomes too large and automatically rename it so that the system can create a new (empty) log.
When the logfile is renamed, a simple warning email will be sent to the email address configured in the website settings.

Configuration

The email address and the maximum size of the error log (default setting 3Mb) can be set via the file "settings.php".

Dieses Snippet prüft, ob das Fehlerprotokoll zu groß wird, und benennt es automatisch um, damit das System ein neues (leeres) Protokoll erstellen kann.
Wenn die Protokolldatei umbenannt wird, wird eine einfache Warn-E-Mail an die in den Website-Einstellungen konfigurierte E-Mail-Adresse gesendet.

Die E-Mail-Adresse und die maximale Größe des Fehlerprotokolls (Standardeinstellung 3 MB) können über die Datei "settings.php" festgelegt werden.
