This snippet makes it possible to show the content of a (hidden) section on all or selected pages by simply adding a line of code to the template. There are some advantage to the showsection / section picker droplet:

• the possibility to cache the content which is fetched by the Global blocks snippet
• frontend.js / frontend.css of the fetched module content can be loaded too
• the fetched content can easily be shown only on some selected pages
